When downloading credit card statement, you cant zoom and go back to other functions. You have to force close the app so you can go back to other functions. Overall, major app improvements.

The app has many bugs and keep freezing!!

Ever since the update the app is not working, I cant pay credit cards, and for the love of God remove the "swipe" thing when transferring! Bottom line, its NOT WORKING! And its frustrating me swiping and swiping and NOTHING is happening! Please get the old version back or change ur development team! DO SOMETHING. The app was bad before and its worst now! I depend on it greatly, please fix it.

Im extremely disappointed with this new update! It loads very slow always i face technical issues! Very unhappy! الابديت الجديد جدا سيئه و يحمل بطيئ و احيانا يشتغل او ما يشتغل حقيقي اعطيه ٠ من ١٠!!

Since the update, it always crashes.. you have to log in every time. moreover, money transfer is not as easy as before. Please fix this.

Return the old version back please , the app is not working at all!!! Instead of improving it u guys made many bugs.

I cant transfer my money and i cant send the cash to my credit card after this update , please repair this problem ncb.

Ever since the update the app stopped working...

You have to consider it is an important Banking App so fix the bugs and stop messing around thinking it is a minority!

Since the last update , the app is not working properly ...it often crashes , when making a transfer there is always something missing ...you get an incomplete form to fill ...the pervious version was working fine , why change !???

The prvious version was really good helpful and active easy also no errors this version i always cannot transfer money to the visa especially the visa and some errors they should develope it more and also if we need to know about our bank account number it will show more options because they show only the IBAN number for smartphones app

التطبيق جيد إلى حد الآن، لم ألاحظ اي مشاكل، واوصي به لعملاء البنك. للانصاف، واجهت مشكله واحده لحد الآن - والتي اعتبرها غريبه - وهي عدم تأقلم التطبيق مع وضعية الشاشة، سواء أفقيً او رأسيً. I like this app so far, and Id recommend it for all Al Ahli clients. Ive noticed one unexpected flaw in the app, though; it doesnt respond to the change in the device orientation, portrait and landscape. Its always on portrait position, which annoys me so much. Its really weird considering that the issue is not a biggie. Its easy to fix.

It is sooo bad

- Major problem is the system failure and frequent error messages! - Almost 4 out 5 attempts fail due to system errors which has nothing to do with my device or network - The interface looks good and there is an ease of access to the various functions - Overall I give it 1 star because the app fails 90% of the times in providing the service for which it was developed
